The Manor HCMC project had two phases of construction. The first phase (The Manor I) started of construction in 2004 and the second phase (The Manor II – The Manor Officetel) started of construction in 2008.

The Manor 1:
The Manor 1 went into operation in 2007, the gross construction area is: 76,567 square meters. There are two blocks (A and B) – block A has 29 floors and block B has 11 floors of residential apartments with total 426 units. This building has two (02) underground parking levels. And it can be used for living purpose only.

The Manor 2 – The Manor Officetel:
The Manor Officetel went into operation in 2010, the gross construction area is: 67,895 square meters. There are five blocks (C, D, E, F and G) – block C, D have 17 floors, block E, F have 13 floors, and block G has 29 floors with total of five blocks is 623 units. This building has three (03) underground parking levels. And it can be used for not only living purpose but also making office.
The special feature of The Manor Officetel is not only can make office, but also it has a lot of sizes of apartment from studio type (33, 36, 38sqm), one bedroom apartment type (51, 61, 68sqm), two bedroom type (75, 80, 85, 95, 98sqm) to three bedroom type (120, 132, 139sqm)….

he Manor is located on 91 Nguyen Huu Canh street, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, HCMC. It stays between Thu Thiem bridge and Saigon bridge to connect to District 2 easily.
